Refund Policy

At Pundamental Co., every product is made-to-order just for you. Because our items are printed and fulfilled through our production partners, we do not keep inventory or accept returned merchandise unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom printed when you order it, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

  • Disliking the fit, style, or color

  • Ordering the wrong item

We highly recommend checking the size charts on each product page before purchasing.

We Gladly Replace Items That Are:

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will remake or refund it at no cost:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect item received

  • Poor print quality

  • Item lost in shipping (based on tracking information)

Important

You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Report a Problem

If there is an issue with your order, send an email to:

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the problem

  3. Clear photos of:

    • The damaged area

    • The full item (front/back)

    • The packaging (if damaged)

    • ​

We will submit the claim to our production partner and get your replacement moving ASAP.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and your mailbox/parcel locker

  • Wait 48 hours — carriers often scan packages early

  • Contact your local post office

If the package still cannot be located, reach out to us and we will help file the appropriate claim.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot process exchanges for size or color.
