Order Processing
All products are made-to-order through our print partner.
This means:

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order ships.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping time after your order has been produced:

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

The shipping method selected
All rates are determined by our print production partners.

Multiple Shipments
Because our products are printed and fulfilled by various production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

You will receive separate tracking numbers when this occurs.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you do not see your tracking email within 5 days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at:

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If your order has already entered production or has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost / Delayed / Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery issues may occur.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “Delivered” but not received:

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

If still not found, contact us at ha@pundamentalco.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or Printify’s production partner.

Replacement approvals are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon arrival.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.
